Fine facsimile edition, based on drawings by Barraband or Redouté engraved by Boucquet, of a selection of plates from the Description de l'Égypte published by Panckoucke between 1820 and 1829. It offers forty-four birds represented in 14 plates engraved using the Jacomet process and hand-colored. Limited edition of 250 copies on Moulin de gué chiffon paper (n°62).
