Two parts in one vol. in-8, CLIX f. [1] blank f., [24] f. (the last blank) [sign. a-v 8, A-C 8], modern overlapping vellum, smooth spine, title in black and red ink on spine (title a little soiled and worn in margins, margins tired at head of qq. ff. following, angular wetnesses, leaf f4-5 flying). Rare Lyon edition of this treatise on criminal law (4 copies located, Bayerische Staatsbibliothek, New College Library Oxford, B. M. de Grenoble and de Toulouse, the latter apparently incomplete, hence the erroneous collation given by the USTC). Title in an ornamental frame, and bookseller's mark in the center, all woodcut; the same decoration is repeated on the title page of the second part. Numerous old underlining and annotations. Provenance: Louis Challat (old signature on title); other signatures crossed out; modern engraved bookplate. (USTC 157076).
