Gedruckt zu Frankfurt am Mayn, [au colophon] : durch Georg Raben und Weygand Hanen Erben, 1566. In-8, [62 (of 63) f. [sign. a-g 8, h2-h7], fig. (soiling, gaps filled in margins of qq. pp.; missing f. h1, and possibly h8 blank). (USTC 655468). Illustrated with numerous woodcut and colored plant figures in the text. It is set in a volume bound in brown basane, spine with 3 nerves and mute, cold filets on the boards, red tanches, clasps (old binding, perhaps reused; ms. note from the 19th c. ms. note on one endpaper), preceded by another pharmacopoeia work, the beginning of which is missing: the abbreviated title at the end is "Artzney Buch", folioed from [27] to 203, with numerous woodcut and colored plant figures, then a last leaf with the address, but no date: "Gedruckt zu Frankfurt am Mayn durch Thomam Rebarth und Weygand Hanen Erben" (stains and browning, some f. repaired in margins, some letters mq. fol.76, 121, 128).
