Six parts in 2 volumes in-folio, multiple pagination, contemporary brown calf, 6-ribbed spine, gilded title and tomaison, ornate coffers (boards epid., 3 headpieces uncovered, corners worn; sporadic light spotting, worm tract on very last f. of t.2 affecting qq. letters). Complete edition of the Summa Theologica, dedicated to Chancellor Séguier, and including the Supplementum and indexes. Collation conforms to that given by the BnF (FRBNF31461700), with the exception of the last index bound here at the end of volume I to better balance the volumes. It is illustrated with 3 portraits of Saint Thomas, a large hors-texte copper engraving by Léonard Gaultier, a copper engraving on the title of the first volume, and a wood engraving on the title of the second, repeated on 2 other titles.
