Entirely engraved, it consists of: a title in a rocaille cartouche, engraved by M. Marvye, the letter by Le Parmentier; the equestrian portrait of Louis XV, engraved by Johann Georg Wille after Charles Parrocel; 11 double plates of views and scenes engraved by Jacques Philippe Le Bas, after compositions by Jean-Martin Weis, showing the King's arrival, entry into Strasbourg, the procession, decorations and illuminations of monuments, fireworks, etc.; 20 pages of text, in a large booklet. 20 pages of text, framed and illustrated with 2 large engraved vignettes by Marvye.
