Small in-4, 101 p., old pink morocco, framed with scrolls and cold foliage on the upper cover, smooth spine, gilt title throughout, gilt head, covers and spine preserved, plexiglass case with matching morocco edges (rare foxing). Edition illustrated with 18 color compositions by P.-E. Bécat: 8 hors-texte, 6 mid-page, 3 bandeaux and 1 cul-de-lampe. Limited edition of 695 copies: one of 200 numbered on Renage vellum with a continuation of the hors-texte and a continuation of the 6 unused drawings, in a publisher's folder protected by a half-maroquin jacket.
