Large elongated bowl, the two openwork handles are each adorned with an animal looking inwards. Wood with very old gray crusty patina. Tellem, Mali. Length: 66 cm. (Visible age-old chips). Despite its condition, figurative dishes from the Tellem period (10th-16th century) are rare, making this bowl a precious testimony.
