The sale will take place at the office at 15/17 passage Verdeau, 75009 PARIS on Wednesday 21 July 2021 at 10 am (lots 1 to 150 included) and at 2 pm (lots 151 to the end)
Exhibition before the sale on Tuesday 20 July from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 4pm at LTSE, 50 rue Ardouin, bât 561H, 93400 SAINT-OUEN, the lots will be visible only UPON APPOINTMENT WITH THE FIRM BY EMAIL.
NO CONDITION REPORT OR ADDITIONAL PHOTOGRAPHS, NO TELEPHONE BIDDING.

The preparation of your request requires in advance :
- Paid receipt
- Identification of the buyer if he/she comes in person or proxy of the buyer and identification of the proxy and a copy of the buyer's identification if he/she does not come at the time of collection

After sales storage
Free storage until August 11th included
After August 11th, LTSE will charge the buyers the following storage fees:
- Storage fees for lots: 5€ HT per lot and per day
- Storage fees for furniture: 10€ HT per piece of furniture and per day (including for lots with several pieces of furniture)
