* [GRAFFIGNY (Françoise de)]. Cenie, play in five acts dedicated to His Highness Monseigneur, Armand Jules de Rohan, Archbishop Duke of Reims, first Pair [sic] of France, Legate born in S. See, & Primate of the Belgian Gauls. Represented by the Resident Ladies of Marquette Abbey. In Lille, at the home of Jean-Baptiste Henry, [circa 1750]. Petit in-4, [4] f., woodcut headband, 19th c. burgundy half-basane, gilt title along the length (back evenly faded brown, freckles). An old manuscript note with the title indicating the performance on June 12, 1751. This Lille impression does not appear in the catalogue of the BnF, nor in the CCfr, nor in the BM of Lille; it seems that another piece was to appear after Cénie but we could not verify it. Provenance: Sculpture (label ex-libris engraved with the arms: 3 sculpins, surmounted by a helmet and an hure).
