Arrest of the court of the parliament of Paris, given in audience on February XXVI, 1646 in the cause of Dame Marguerite de Bethune, duchess doüairière of Rohan: And Me Jacob Joly, Prosecutor in the said court, guardian in the cause of a child named Tancrède on the one hand: And Lady Marguerite, Duchess of Rohan, only daughter and sole heiress of the late Monsieur le Duc de Rohan Pair of France, & Sir Henry Chabot, Duke of Rohan his spouse on the other hand. In Paris, at the home of the widow Jean Camusat and Pierre Le Petit, 1646. In-8, 44 p., 19th c. red half-basane, spine with 5 nerves, gilt title (small stains on the binding, small tear in the headdress, clear wet spots on the text not interfering with the reading).
