[Request for the intervention of François de Rohan, Prince of Soubise, in the pending trial between the Prince of Guémené, his nephew, and the Duke of Rohan, his brother-in-law, concerning the seniority of the name and arms of Rohan, serving as an answer to the last factum of the Duke of Rohan]. In Paris, Imp. Widow of Antoine Lambin, 1702. In-folio, 33 p., red half-basane with 19th c. corners, gilt title in length (rubbed headdress, blunt corners, trace of blue paper in the margin of the first f., freckles). The original title is: "Au Roy et à Nosseigneurs de son conseil". Written by lawyer Le Roy, whose name appears at the end. Illustrated at the head with a banner with the royal arms by Le Sueur, and an initial, all engraved on wood. At the end, the name of the reporter is crossed out at the time, replaced by "d'Herbigny".
