* [Manuscript] [Rohan (House of)]. A selection of original documents to be used in the history of the house of Rohan. Pau, 1907. Fort in-4, [ca. 220 folios], brown half-brown grief with corners, spine with 4 nerves, gilt title and fillets (detached spine, burn marks on the spine, split jaws). Handwritten copies in black and red ink of documents concerning the de Rohan family from 1398 to Lamartine's visit to the Duke of Rohan in 1829. "The present work was composed in honour of Monsieur le Comte de Jarnac and under his auspices. Pau, 1907 ". Carefully calligraphed in red and black, in the r° only, on strong unbleached vellum paper by Canson and Montgolfier, this collection opens with a full-page family tree entitled: "Alliance of the House of Rohan with the Dukes and Princes of Brittany (1008 to 1606)". A table of documents can be found at the end of the volume.
