The work was published in 59 issues of 8 p., the first of which is each time a woodcut without text on the back.
Only the first issue differs, with a frontispiece without text on the reverse, an in-text engraving on page 3 and an engraving with text on the reverse on p. 5.

Illustrated edition with a header vignette and 44 full-page woodcut figures after André Gill, Georges Bellenger, Castelli, etc.
