In-8, combed havana half-basin, 6-rib spine, havana author's and title-pieces, gilt fleurons, cold fillet, cold fillet to boards, covers and spine preserved (title-page incomplete, slight rubbing; small tears and slight damage to 5 introductory pages, wetness in margins with att. to plates). With 2 r°v° plates of 6 photographic reproductions of the Théâtre de Babylone troupe's tour of Germany. Autograph signed letter from Samuel Beckett located and dated Paris 1956 to M. Manzais (?) s[ervice] de presse: "hommage de l'auteur".
