Laplace, Antoine. Dictionnaire des fiefs et autres droits seigneuriaux. Published in Paris by Saugrain Fils in 1757. In octavo / In-8 format. Havana marbled basane. Spine decorated with gilt fleurons. Red edges. 728 pages. A very fine edition of this "very useful and very convenient" dictionary, with an extensive table of contents detailing the topics covered: lords, mining, exposed children, etc. We note the presence of several handwritten exlibris: a first one naming "Pebert" and a second, later one, naming "Le Chevallier Ferdinand le 29 juin 1905". The book is in very good condition. We note the presence of wormholes on part of the book. The binding is in good condition, despite some minor damage to the headbands and corners.
