Comtoise mâconnaise in molded wood carved with shells, clasps and foliage. Copper and brass dial engraved and sometimes openworked with a mascaron allegorizing Victory and a rooster. Enameled Roman numeral letters on the dial and a small watchmaker's label: Guieteand à Mâcon. Late 18th - early 19th century. 234 x 40 x 23 cm. The weights are missing. (Old worm galleries and some wear, accidents and restorations, notably to the cornice).
