Published in Riom by Martin Dégoutte, Imprimeur-Libraire, in 1780. In-folio format. Mahogany calf, ribbed spine adorned with gilt caissons and fleurons. Red edges. (1)+VI+(2)+IV+(1)+486+(20) and (1)+388+IV+64+XXXII+(15) pages. Some wear to bindings, overall rubbed and corners rounded. For the first volume, colored endpaper almost flying off and small lack to the left of the title page. In the second volume, small insect hole on 24 pages. Second edition, complete. Interesting coutumier including rules common to the entire province of Bourbonnais as well as customs specific to certain localities, but also a section in the second volume devoted to ancient customs. Note the presence of two handsome woodcut headbands depicting the arms of the town of Riom, in the Puy-de-Dôme region, surrounded by allegorical figures, repeated three and two times on the two volumes. Good condition overall, inside rather fresh.
