La Chronique Médicale, founded in 1894, was a fortnightly publication featuring unpublished articles on the health of literary and historical figures, and on the relationship between medicine and history, literature, art, sociology, political economy, etc. In the July 15 issue, for example, La Chronique Médicale was published in French. For example, in the July 15, 1895 issue, Dr. Cabanès gives us an account of Charlotte Corday's death, with a full-page portrait of her.
