Richard von Krafft-Ebing, an Austrian psychiatrist, deals with the suitability or otherwise of persons suffering from psychiatric disorders to stand trial. He is known for another similar study, "La Responsabilité criminelle et la capacité civile dans les états de trouble", 1875. Good copy.
