[THESES]. A collection of early medical theses published between 1823 and 1865, in six volumes of In quarto / In-4 format. Beige half-basin. Smooth spine decorated with gilt irons, except for one volume. Approximately 300 pages per volume. Bindings damaged and foxed, otherwise in fair condition. Most of these theses were defended at the Faculty of Medicine in Paris. Two volumes concern those submitted for the competitive examination for the chair of therapeutics (1839) and the chair of external medicine (1836).
