[MARINE] OZANNE, Jeanne Françoise and Marie Jeanne. Cahier C. Published in Paris by Veuve Chereau, s. d. (c. 1760). In-8 oblong wire-stitched paperback. 4 prints. Significant wetness at right margin, with little effect on design. Fourth plate stained. Third quire with four engravings numbered in the right-hand corner and with the quire number in the left-hand corner. The plates were engraved by the Ozanne sisters after drawings by their brother Nicolas. The Ozanne family, originally from Brest, is renowned for its depictions of marine scenes. A similar work by the same publisher is included: "IVe livre de Marine", s.d. (c. 1760). In-8 oblong, 6 prints. A fine copy that has suffered the passage of time, but remains charming.
