Brown calf, spine ribbed, decorated with gilt fillet and small gilt irons, fillet framed in cold on the sides, gilt roulette on the edges. 4 ff.n.ch., 192 pages, 1 f.n.ch. ; 160 pages (jump in numbering, pp. 160 to 320, not missing) ; 1 frontispiece. Binding slightly rubbed, first cover split at head, freckles in text, some pages browned, some handwritten inscriptions in ink. New translation into French verse by Abbé Barrin of: l'Art d'Aimer, le Remède d'Amour, les Épîtres et les Élégies amoureuses d'Ovide; le tout augmenté d'un glossaire des noms propres.
