Tilting mechanical movement, domed white enameled dial (patina), missing hands, Roman numerals for the hours, Arabic numerals for the minutes, ribbon hour markers, rare cock featuring an animated scene of pipe smokers on a skeletonized open-mouth motif, an arrow appearing to indicate the activity of the pendulum, with screwed lugs, enhanced by applied scroll decoration in the shape of a snake rising. Wrought pillars. Escapement with verge, meeting wheel, chain and spindle. Diameter: 4.3 cm. (Condition of use)
