A partially cane-seated living room set in carved and gilded wood, consisting of a two-seater sofa and four armchairs. The wraparound backs are carved with friezes of pilasters, flanked by garlands and topped with a leaf-motif clasp. Whip-shaped armrests and console-style legs.
Louis XV–Louis XVI Transition style, after 1900.
Upholstered in almond green and salmon-colored striped fabric.
Dimensions of armchairs: 105 × 167 × 70 cm.
Dimensions of sofa: 105 × 83 × 73 cm.
