A gilded bronze clock, patinated and chiseled, features a milkmaid with her whip on horseback. The horse is made of patinated bronze with gilded hooves. In a basket, it carries a milk can, inside which the movement is housed. White enamel dial with slight chips around the winding holes. Gilded bronze flower-shaped hands. Strikes the hours and half-hours on a gong. Suspended by a silk thread. The base features relief carvings: a churn, a cow, and a scene of milk tasting.
