New edition of this satirical novel of manners by Charles Sorel (1582-1602), published under the pseudonym Nicolas de Moulinet and originally published in 1623. The set is embellished with ten engraved plates illustrating the adventures of Francion, a gentleman in search of love. A good copy in armorial binding.
