Enameled handwritten signature in the decoration and on the reverse of Jean Schmitt, Épinal, circa 1910.

A little digression in time and Épinal with Jean Schmitt, who offers us very charming decorations evoking the ornate lacquers of Japan on a background of water lilies in relief and an iridescent blue decoration evoking living water for the second.
