Folio size, pine-green half-basane leather, smooth spine with gold title running lengthwise and the notation “Ecole du génie maritime” at the bottom. Spine rubbed and faded, margins slightly foxed. Technical atlas alone containing 95 plates (including four duplicates) from this study devoted to locomotives (first volume of Part Nine). On the title page, a stamp from the École du génie maritime. A fine copy.
