The sale will take place at the office at 15/17 passage Verdeau, 75009 PARIS on Wednesday 20 July 2022 at 1 pm.
Lots 20, 21, 407 to 420 inclusive, lots 422, 423, 425 to 428 inclusive, 434, 436, 439, 440, 441, 443 are sold by the SELARL KAPANDJI-MORHANGE and are subject to the legal judicial fees of 14,28% VAT included following the judicial liquidations of EUROP AUCTION and ERM DEVELOPPEMENT.
Exhibition before the sale on Tuesday July 19, 2022 from 2 pm to 4 pm at LTSE at 50 rue Ardouin, bât 561H, 93400 SAINT-OUEN, the lots will be visible onlyUPON APPOINTMENT WITH THE FIRM BY EMAIL.

The preparation of your request requires beforehand :
- Paid slip
- ID of the buyer if he/she comes in person or proxy of the buyer and ID of the proxy and copy of the ID of the buyer if he/she does not come at the time of the collection
- Make an appointment at least 48 hours in advance.
After sales storage :
Storage is offered from until August 5, 2022 included
LTSE closes its doors from August 6th to August 29th 2022.
From August 29, 2022, the following storage fees start to run:
- Storage fee for lots: 5€ per item per day
- Storage fees for furniture: €10 (excl. VAT) per piece of furniture per day (including for lots with several pieces of furniture)
